Get immediate access to our senior interior design team and expertise without the big investment. Whether you want advice on your plans, honest feedback on colours and materials, or to run through a long list of questions — an hour with a Z + S designer is equivalent to days going it alone. Floorplan Review

Need honest feedback on your plans? Whether you’re still in the design phase or about to start construction, it helps to have an experienced set of eyes look over and review your floor plan. Perhaps there are areas that you’re not sure about or which you’d like to improve?

Our team specialises in spatial planning and can review your plans to identify potential areas of concern, and cost savings attainable through smart design, and provide suggestions to ensure your floor plan and all spaces are optimised. We have extensive experience in spatial planning and will work to maximise functionality, and flow and creating a home with “good bones”. We can provide drawings and CAD files with actionable feedback and recommendations, review layouts, cabinetry, windows, doors and lighting, plus answer all your pressing questions.

We work closely with you to design your home, selecting everything from colour schemes and furniture to lighting and fixtures. Our goal is to create spaces that maximize comfort, efficiency, and visual appeal.

  • Looking for an Australian Interior Designer? Although where Gold Coast and Brisbane based, we service all of Australia through our virtual design dates that can be booked above. Book for two hours, or by the hour.
    To make the most of your session, we recommend researching what you want for your project in terms of style and functionality, so we can help you make your dream a reality. Some clients like to provide a moodboard, but this isn’t mandatory. Writing a list of what you would like to discuss is recommended so we can make the most of your design date.
